Dancing India is a non-profitable association, which promotes Indian dance and culture. They specialise in Kathak, Bhangra and Bollywood dance in both France and in the UK.

The brief was to create a logo with an icon that represented both Indian culture and dance. I decided to create an icon based on a birds eye view of a Kathak dancer spinning in the traditional Kathak attire, which is one of the main dance moves used in Kathak dance . I used a bright red colour for both the icon and font that represented the rich vibrant Indian culture.
